Sales Design Consultant
To manage new prospects by providing industry leading designs while influencing clients to purchase company services.
- Project a positive and competent image to our clients during the design and sales process
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of the Ispiri sales process
- Work with design staff to facilitate client driven design that meets codes and sound construction
- Work with subcontractors to get bids and conduct site visit walk-through
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Completion of 2-4 year educational program in Interior Design, Construction, Business, Sales/Marketing, or Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years previous experience working in related building/design/construction fields
- Drive and desire to sell renovations; creativity to produce unique design layouts and solutions
- Personable characteristics in order to relate well and with homeowners
- Responsible, reliable, and passionate about their work
