Built on one of the most beautiful golf courses in the area of the early 90’s, this two-story home needed a little T.L.C. The home felt old and tired and the time was right to make this old home feel like new again to reflect the spirit of the owners. With a wonderful view of the golf course and the reconfiguration of the main level, along with the newly designed kitchen and grand two-story great room, the changes breathe new life into the space. Built in the late 1990's this family waited for 12 years to finish their lower level and add more living space. Their children were getting older and they were looking for a space to call their own so they could be entertained as well as relax and watch a movie. The curved lit wall at the staircase with a custom newel post and wrought iron balusters is a great entrance into this new lower level. The knotty alder cabinets with matching wainscoting on the walls make the look and feel warm and inviting. The heated floors in the bar and bathroom offer a cozy feel when entertaining.
Ispiri designed the perfect lower level for this busy family to enjoy.
