JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Compile estimates/bids for remodel projects
- Reconcile invoices from trade partners/vendors
- Track project costs
- Evaluate vendor pricing and negotiate to keep competitive
- Produce inhouse material lists for lumber & millwork
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 5 years in the construction industry
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Great time management skills to meet deadlines
- Must be a reliable self-starter and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience reading plans in Chief Architect
