Kitchen and Bath Cabinet Designer

OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented and creative Kitchen and Bathroom Cabinet Designer to join our team. As a Kitchen and Bath Cabinet Designer, you will be responsible for designing functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen spaces for our clients. If you have a passion for interior design, possess strong technical skills, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we would love to hear from you.

 

Duties

  • Work in 2020 cad software to price and order cabinets from Dura Supreme, includes taking detailed and accurate measurements, redrawing existing designs, and working with supplier on logistics and timelines.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints for kitchen design projects
  • Create detailed kitchen layouts, including cabinetry, countertops, appliances, and lighting fixtures using 20/20 and Chief Architect
  • Develop 3D visualizations and renderings to help clients visualize the final design
  • Select appropriate materials, colors, and finishes to enhance the overall look of the kitchen
  • Work closely with contractors and builders to ensure designs are implemented accurately during the construction phase
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the design process, addressing any concerns or modifications promptly
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in kitchen design and incorporate innovative ideas into projects

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree | Interior Design or related field
  • Proficiency in design software such as 20/20 and Chief Architect.
  • Strong understanding of building codes and regulations related to kitchen design
  • Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus
  • Knowledge of lighting design principles for residential spaces
  • Previous experience in interior design or remodeling projects is preferred
