Lead Carpenter
- Perform rough framing, siding, and deck work on remodeling projects
- Manage a crew of 1-3
- Hold high standards of quality workmanship of yourself and others
- Train other crew members
- Work with Project Manager to problem solve and maintain the schedule
- Work throughout Metro area (primarily East side)
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 10 years experience in the carpentry field
- Have managed others on the crew
- Reliable Transportation
- Tools required to do work (Only required to have your own tools, as all crew have their own)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to represent the company in a professional manner in homes where clients may be living
- Able to fit into a culture that embraces teamwork
