Ispiri was excited to have the owner of this Eagen area home reach out to us. She had a background in the arts and it was reflected in her attitude toward a bathroom, living room, and stairwell remodel. The goal was to elevate the space, making it feel “not typical, yet timeless” through the introduction of new finishes and products. We worked together to create a vision that gave her the elegance, comfort, and sleek modern design she was looking for.
The main challenge during this project were delays caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. Silver lining: longer than usual lead times on plumbing and light fixtures gave us extra time to make sure that all other details of the remodel were picture perfect.
Unique Yet Timeless Living Room Remodel
- Focused on neutral, high-contrast design for doors, windows, and walls
- Millwork and windows given a modern look with new black frames and white trim

A Refined Oak Stairwell Remodel
- The home’s original staircase was bulky and stylistically out-of date
- A new, sleek, refined staircase was added to the home as an upgrade
- Featuring modern black square balusters
- Square railing details that do double duty as newel posts
Elegant, Comfortable Master Bathroom Upgrade
- We pushed the bathroom wall 2’ into the bedroom to allow the space to be reconfigured
- Introduction of a large freestanding tub to act as a focal point for the space
- Natural cherry wood tones bring comfort while black floor tiles and large format marbled porcelain shower walls add a contrasting touch of elegance
- Dramatic champagne bronze fixtures with black lighting accents add wanted drama to the space
