Transforming Lower Level Living
Originally, the lower level of this home had a dark, heavy stone fireplace and large wet bar that didn’t fit the growing family’s needs or personal aesthetic. Ispiri remodeled this basement into one with a bright, contemporary feel that is more family focused. A beautifully surrounded wall showcases a linear fireplace and naturally stained shiplap, while the reconfigured bathroom is more open and accessible from the pool patio for easier family use all summer long.

From hosting neighborhood barbecues to pool parties to quiet family evenings poolside, the newly remodeled wet bar that flows out to the stunning outdoor kitchen is the perfect setup for it all. The wet bar incorporates Cambria countertops, black metal framed cabinets and custom-built wine storage. To make the outdoor kitchen even more functional, Ispiri added phantom screens to allow the family to be outside longer into the summer evenings. From the small details to the complete renovations, this project is sure to leave you inspired!
