When the renovation process began, this home in Hudson, W.I. had a craftsman feel that the clients wanted to tame and reinvent into something more modern. Ispiri’s home remodeling experts were able to bring their vision to life, crafting modern design elements that highlighted the clients’ personalities and aesthetic.
In the kitchen, black cabinets make the modern style feel timeless and elegant, while also highlighting contrasting, bold choices like the white tile backsplash, bold light fixtures and Cambria Hawksmoore countertops. The large waterfall island also uses the Hawksmoore, providing more counter space than the original L-shaped island while also elevating the design.

The family room blends the beauty of light and dark, utilizing natural light and modern design choices to create a statement that uniquely fits the client. Dark cabinets and a rectangular fireplace surrounded by slate tile are contrasted by the light wood of shelves and framed by oak slats. The space is welcoming, modern and creative, making it the perfect family gathering space for the clients.
